From beginnings with Batman: Arkham Knight, to directing, Pierce he has worked as the lead voiceover director on Cyberpunk 2077 and Halo Infinite, the former of which earned BAFTA nominations for lead and supporting performer.

Pierce has also directed: LEGO, DC, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Marvel, and Jurassic franchises, as well as,  projects like Omega Strikers and Drag Her!
